Finally, I get to enjoy every single day of my 3 off days resting at home.
Well actually it was 4 days if I wanna count PH on Saturday but still,
I went down to work to settle all the projects on that day.
From 10 am to 10pm.
How faithful and sweet.
But Sister promised me that she will pay back those off days that has been wasted.
So counting it all,
tapping fingers,
she owed me a grand total of 14 ½ hours of wasted off days.
Grin.

Magnet project is ongoing with my Night duty right the next day after the Ward Party.
Been quite hectic for the past 2wks.

 I can’t believe I’ve to act like a total flirt.

to an unknown number when he did not reply to the girlfriend
(in this case, my colleague)?!
 Her reason for the test: Just to see whether he’s a big flirt.

I’m speechless.
That has never been in my bag, I guess.
If he’s a flirt, he’ll always be a flirt, so why the hell you’re still hanging on?
For while you’re still young and single,
you have the total liberty to always make new friends and at the same time,
let the relationship mature to the next level.
I’ve never made any prank message or calls, and has never intend of making one.
Not because I’m not good at it or I’m a total nun.
It’s because I’ve so many things in mind that’s worth building up those synapse.
Maybe different people have different ways of managing their relationship.

Anyway, Friday wrapped up my whole super-busy-nak-mampos week.
I just can’t understand some patients.
If you’ve got your biggest problem with your Drs,
never show your temper to us nurses can?
We are moulded to deliver nursing care to you,
not to be your punching bag cum pillow for you to stab on.

Weekend is finally here and it’s gonna be awesome.

 Weekend was wonderful.
Met Khairi for 2 consecutive days, and of course, we went for shopping.
Or basically, he accompanied me for those trips.
What are men for?

 Hei Sushei was satisfactory.
Basically I prefer conventional food
rather than food that emphasized on a country’s authenticity.
Yeah.

Anyway, 5 more days for another round of long weekend.
Yipee!

 Some people’s action speaks louder than words.

I just can’t stand seeing people taking advantage of others,

Khairi and gang fetched me and zoomed we went to JB for seafood.
Yeah as if Singapore takde seafood nak cekik.
Anws its seafood on the jetty setting somewhere at Permas Jaya.
Interesting place, one day should bring the Home Minister
and esp the banker there because..

No one will scold you for wasting food when you’re full
Cats there are like trained acrobats; 
they may appear out of the blue,

courteously waiting for you to finish dining before their turn.

Anws, I’m finally done with my first 2 projects.
Alhamdulillah; will hand it tomorrow.
And it’s now 2am, gonna hit the sack!

Something scary happened.
Well, literally not the ghostly-terperanjat-jantung-macam-nak-putus type of scary.
But I saw a young boy dropped from his bicycle when I was happily walking home.
Correct term, fell from the bicycle.
So what has the boy got to do with me?
 I can feel the traumatising, burnt sensation like as if the skin is torn from the muscle.
And because I’ve been in his position before:

 …except that mine was about 2 years ago.
And of cause, we cried 1min after dropping. Hiak!!

Based from what I see,
I bet he will go through the same wound transition,
just like mine:

Day 1

 Stage 2 wound
inclusive of broken epidermal layer,
 with non-inclusive of bone, tendon and muscle.

 Day 2

 Day 4

 Day 5

 Day 7

 Wound has healed;
however it can never be reversible to Stage 1
as the inner structure like the epidermis, dermis is not and never will be the same.
See, I applied what I preached.Heh!
And coincidentally, my colleague and I
discussed about one of the patient’s wound progress at work just now.
Wonder world.

Oh Great, my head is wrecked with lots of things to be done.
It’s gonna be end of the year, and my friends are busy planning
for a holiday la, chalet la, camping la, whatever la eh.
As for me, I’m busy screwing my ass for 3 projects.
Project, project and project.

Project #1:
Complete the 20-30++ Magnet slides,
which must be presented this coming Monday for ward meeting.
(and I’m ⅔ done!!)

 Project #2:
Complete Magnet journey,
to present the outline on Monday too, for ward meeting
(psst psst, I’ve not even started on anything yet.
Not even a draft! URGGHHH!!!!)

 Project #3:
Outline ward’s year-end party section itinerary and programme
(fine, at least it’s almost, almost done).

And I’ve got 2 external overseas assignment (not related to SGH),
which only one of it is ¾ fulfilled.
I can’t believed it; for all 5 projects,
why do people love to depend on me to provide all the resources and execution?
 Isn’t it supposed to be team work?
And it’s all rooted way back when I was in primary school,
then secondary school, and then poly days and then, NOW.
What will happen to me if shit happens along the way?
I swear I’ll not hold any accountability.
Be kind, but at the same time, mean.

I’m done with my night duties.
For the past 3 nights I’ve been burning the midnight oil (yes, I do!!)
revising through the Magnet Designation and stuff.
And with Sister assigning me as one of the Magnet Champion..
she must be ridiculous.
Minus my 3 years of poly-days attachments in CGH,
I know nuts about the current practising governance committee, councils etc.
Goshh such an accreditation is definitely costly.
Hopefully I’ll be able to vomit back whatever information
that is blocked in the posterior pocket of my cerebral cortex.

 It would be great if I ‘m born with life like a silver spoon,
loaded with all the moolah in the world,
and jet-setting to meet my next best thing.

Keep dreaming on

 I’m done with clinical teaching, which was superb.
Heard that my ward will be shifted to the new site around December,
and, I’m not that keen.
Well, I hate to be deployed, though it’s temporarily.
It’s just that I hate to start all over again,
be it friends, environment, protocols, rules, etc.
Guess nothing in the world last.
But hopefully the plan will not go as planned.
Well at least let it shift to February.heex.

The whole day was spent entirely in the East.
ECP for cycling.
Downtown East for bowling and first stopover for dinner.
Changi Beach for a walk on a halt.
Changi Village in search of our fellow effeminate gentleman
(but mission failed).
Simpang Bedok for our final stopover for food.
